Welcome to ‘Bad Tenants.’ The better you use the resources here, the better the information you will give and receive. Here is a guide to use the ‘Upload Photo’ and ‘Pictures.’
Upload Photos
When you upload your photos it is important not to upload a really large image because it takes up excessive space and is not seen as easily as for all detail. Images from a smart phone are good just sent to your email and then downloaded to your pc or laptop and uploaded from the ‘Bad Tenant’ site. You can resize the images when you send them from your smart phone, either small or medium will be sufficient. When you upload your photos you click on each one and load your information. I would use the person’s name to name the picture and then put pertinent details in the ‘comments’ box such as birth date, nicknames, or whatever you gather when you rent to people. You can also upload documents with the image. After you upload the photo and it goes in the gallery, click on the picture and you will see an ‘upload attachment.’ It will be available then for you to click on and look at. Please, do not put social security numbers. You can click on an image to enlarge it and see the comments left by the member and you can respond if you have any questions. You can also update post and images you have left if you so desire.
Profile
Under the menu heading ‘Profile’ is your information. This is seen only by you and the administrator of the site. You can go there and change anything that needs to be changed, such as address, phone number and etc.
