Tired of unnecessary expense renting to people that destroy your property? Wouldn’t it be nice to have a local database to provide you with information on those bad tenants? And wouldn’t it be nice to add your information to the database to share with others? You now have that option! For $25.00 per year you can talk with other renter’s in your area concerning bad risk and post your own bad experiences to help prevent issues with undesirable renters. I am located in Tabor City, Columbus County and all interested in Southeastern NC are encouraged to join and help create this database as an asset to all of us. I look forward to the exchange of information to help us all from future rental issues with ‘bad tenants.’

To get started all you need to do is join and have a membership. All memberships are for one year and can be renewed. Once you are a member and pay a $25.00 subscription you have the ability to look and search the records left here by others and you can leave your ‘bad tenants’ along with images showing damages done if you desire. This is a small fee to pay to hopefully avoid those multi dollar damages and repair. This helps me maintain the cost of this site and future improvements and enhancements we all will benefit from.
